Absolutely amazing. The perspective, the folds on the clothes, light variation, compositional arrangement, and attention to detail. Within a single digital painting, you've created a little world for me to dive into. I can start in from the left of the work, or the right, but because your compositional arrangement is so well put together, both will still lead me to the main focus of the work, which is the painter. This piece really exemplifies your capability of perception. Each blade of grass, each leaf on the bush growing on the fence, the scattered red leaves, you even drew and painted the paint tubes. Not to mention all the little gaps and folds on the sweater and white shirt, that further create the illusion of depth. The hair, eyes, and face also, just really great portrayal of light variation yet AGAIN, but I do have one nit pick, there's a slightly abnormal curve on the left leg directly underneath the palette board. Other than that, I yet again, thank you for putting time and effort into this and sharing it with us
The posing and perspective is something completely original. Something I have fallen in love with. I've never seen a picture from above, in anime, anyway. The level of detail here is quite incredible, as well. Each canvas includes its own painting (I quite like the clouds one :3 ) and the grass is lovely. The colors and the shading are pretty flawless, as well. I can't really find any problems with this project, nor do I really care to. I find that this is one of those things where nothing is really bad about it. Visually, it's super pleasing to the eye. Mentally, it's clean and nothing really nasty about it happens, which doesn't really happen in paintings nowadays. And overall, it's a beautiful picture that I have in my favorites. I hope to see it on the front page some time, as this is super lovely. I'm all over the place in this critique, but I only just woke up a few minutes ago. :3 My star-ratings seem stupidly abundant, but keep in mind that I almost NEVER really critique things, let alone give them stars. So this drawing is something special. The stars are worth the painting.
So what classes did you take to master this, and what advice would you give to a person that is a beginner in art? Oh, and how long did it take you to make this? Im hungry to learn
