Arbalest and Tessa

This is a nice-looking anime piece. I like that the sky is blurred to differentiate from foreground and background; however, you don't blur the ocean at the horizon line, which kind of takes away from the effect.

Putting the sun in the very corner of the picture seems kind of cheap. It's obvious enough that it's daytime; the sun doesn't seem like it would have been necessary. It reads as a distraction, or clutter.

The character is cute, and the proportions are nice. The inconsistency of how the character is colored makes her seem flatter than the rest of the image. Also, where is the edge light on the left side coming from?

The style elements of the image are also inconsistent in places. The clouds feel like they are out of a different picture.
